Introduction to Yoga

All new students are welcome to join the Thursday 8.45pm – 9.45pm class which is suitable for beginners. You can either pay as you go or pay for a block of four consecutive classes which will be discounted.

Classes start on the 30th January 2020 and continue until we have a break on the 14th and 21st May.

Next Course begins on 12th September register now.

Beginner class 8.15 – 9.15pm

Next course start dates are 13th September and 1st November.

You will be able to repeat the course and deepen your practice (strength and flexibility) or join Thursday class 7.00 – 8.00pm or Tuesday class 7.15 – 8.45pm.

7 weeks
week: 1 Focus on Breath and Straight spine in postures
week: 2 Focus on Forward Bends
week: 3 Focus on Backward Bends
week: 4 Focus on Twists
week: 5 Focus on Side bends
week: 6 Focus on Inversions
week: 7 Focus on the Sun and Moon Salutation
