Yoga Classes in Horley, Surrey

Yoga helps the body, breath, mind. There is no pre requisite for yoga, wich is for every one.

Yoga is a discovery and journey you have to try and experience to know what it is about.

The Tuesday 7.15 – 8.45 pm and Thursday class 7.00 – 8.00pm will have the same theme but the Tuesday class will have longer pranayama and yoga.

Classes suspended due to Covid

The class is for those with yoga experience and includes: Asana, Pranayama and relaxation.
Run as a 4 week term with a theme. Payment can be for this term or pay as you go if commitment to 4 week is not possible.

Thursday’s Yoga Class

Two classes are run from 7.00 – 8.00 pm and 8.30 – 9.30 pm. The later class is suitable for beginners as well as those with experience. Due to the class being only one hour there may not always be pranayama and relaxation.

Classes running 20th, 27th January, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th February, 10th, 17th,  24th, 31st March. Please phone or email to book a place.

The class theme varies from week to week and due to the length of the class there may not always be pranayama and relaxation.

Restorative Yoga Class 7:15 – 8:45 pm



For this class we go into postures and have a chance to stay supported to enable muscles to relax and time to slow down.
Please contact me to pre book as I have a limited number of bolsters.
